OE Acceleration programme

Fonterra wanted someone to lead a transformation programme across Fonterra Trade and Operations - they chose See the Light! The programme delivered $15million in two years - a 100% return on investment in the lifetime of the project! Total return is valued by Fonterra at around $70 million.

Our role was to set up, run and control the programme. Four facilitators were needed and the strategy was to build the capability of the business to deliver their own ideas - making the whole thing sustainable. Read more

Mangerial Exellence programme

Counties Manukau DHB wanted to develop the capability of their frontline managers and decided to run the Managerial Excellence course from the New Zealand Institute of Management, but wanted it to be customised to suit their needs around a quality focus. We worked with NZIM and CMDHB to develop the material and delivered the training in conjunction with other facilitators.

Maintaining a relationship over the course and focusing on the practical application of the ideas from the Problem Solving and Project Management modules led to some outstanding results - the proof being that the course ran again the following year. Read more
