| You can only lead a team if you can lead yourself, which means recognising that you have choices. This course uses DiSC® Management profiles to help the attendees understand themselves, how to make better decisions, and how to become more effective. | Leading and managing a team is about establishing the right environment for collaboration, rewarding aligned behaviours, and focusing the team on the right things. This must be done in a way that suits the individual and the situation. You’ll learn what to do, how to do it, and make a personal plan for making the change. | Supercharging the team’s performance involves eliminating wasteful practices and improving processes continuously.
