Agile Project Management in a Business Development context

The Auckland Business School have asked See the Light to run the course on Managing Collaborative Projects, focussing on the Agile Mindset, for their new Master's Degree.

The new course on Managing Collaborative Projects in a business development context will start in June 2022 and will draw on Steve's significant experience of project management and the Agile Mindset. The course includes current examples of organisations in New Zealand with video content from guest speakers so that students can understand the practical steps they need to take to make developments more successful.
