Scoping a project and wanted to get a range of ideas to investigate / develop.

Our Approach
Initial meeting with project management team to understand the requirements and explain a few alternative approaches.
Highlighted the TRIZ (Inventive Problem Solving) methodology and how it might best add value.
Designed and facilitated a one-day workshop with over 20 design engineers - 5 teams on various design aspects.
Documented the 40+ new ideas for development.
