Work with the Programme Mnaagement Office (PMO) to put governance, standards, governance and templates in place.
Produce documents with the team and refine to improve efficiency.
Train PMO on best practice.
Re-assess performance.

Environment
Government institution (equivalent to MAF).
Applicable to all e.g.Shoe industry (Clarks) and Food (United Bisuits).

Results
Significant improvement in gateway check (moved out of danger).
More effective and great customer feedback.
