Steven Briggs Presents to PMI
Published Fri 13-Nov-09 22:20 - (1770 Reads)70% of projects fail, but there is something we can do about it, or so said Steven Briggs, presenting to the Project Management Institute on behalf of the New Zealand Institute of Management last night.
The situation has not improved since the late 90's, despite lots of research and an increase in the technology available. Steven asserts that a people centric approach is needed to make our projects more successful, and gave an outline of what needs to be done.
